Skincare help with acne scars

Hi everyone!! I need some skincare advice. 
I’ve been dealing with acne, and now I have blemishes that have turned into dark spots. I’d like recommendations on what products or ingredients can help fade these spots/marks and even out my skin tone. What would be the best routine or products for this? Also I would like to get a good makeup primer for my face and something that won’t make me breakout since I’m more sensitive to products on my face, which products for primer will be acne friendly and sensitive free?
