Skin breaking out so bad!

Hey y'all. I'm traveling out of the country soon, and my skin needs to be at it's best. Lately, over the past month, my skin has been breaking out so bad. The acne has gotten so bad that it's painful, and everywhere on my face. Right now, I'm only eating salads because food might also be a factor, hence almost starving myself. I have also stopped using all products. I only use facewash, no serums, moisturizers or toners. I plan on seeing a dermatologist when I travel because I think it's hormonal but is there anything I can use for now? Kindly advise, thanks!
