Rosacea, keratosis pilaris

Hi everybody!!

my name is Mia and I struggle with rosacea since 2019, I think we don’t talk enough about these kind of skin conditions, I also have keratosis pilaris and it’s so freaking annoying. Here’s some tips that can help other people like me :

for rosacea, the three worst things that worsen the condition is sun, stress and spicy food that’s why it’s good to invest in a quality sunscreen, I usually invest in one with Zinc. Zinc oxide is a mineral widely used as a matte white pigment. This property earned him great success in the homemade manufacture of make-up. Today, it is also highly appreciated for its anti-inflammatory, purifying, healing, soothing and UV protective properties. Don’t forget to put sunscreen EVERYDAY! Even in winter! Also, the hyaluronic acid serum of the ordinary helped me a lot, so try it out!

Keratosis pilaris is an excess of keratin.
This condition results from excessive production of keratin that clogs the hair follicles. Keratin is a protein that contributes to the good stability of body tissues, and represents the basic element of hair and nails. But it can be very annoying, especially when people think its zits and tries to pop them. I try to be consistent with creams and I exfoliate once a week but it doesn’t seem to work. Do you guys have any idea on how to get rid of keratosis pilaris?
