Product Suggestions

Ladies,  can you please recommend products to me that actually work. I'm tired of  wasting so much time and money on products that didn't help me at all. I am black with  deep complexion and oily-acne prone skin. Most recently I developed cystic acne and lots of dark marks and discoloration. Please help!
