Primers

Any suggestions for a primer that won't break me out? I have oily skin usually, but the cold climate is making me dry. Thanks!

I love the Boscia Porefecting White Charcoal Mattifying T...

I love the Boscia Porefecting White Charcoal Mattifying Treatment Primer. It does an amazing job at reducing shine and it gives you a nice, smooth base to apply makeup on. I've had issues with some other primers causing breakouts, but I haven't had that problem with this one.
