New mom

New mom here! I’ve been in a slump recently. I was in love with all rare beauty products. They suddenly became too cakey and creased easily. I then had a acne flare up that I’m currently working through. It’s been very rough on me. I love doing my makeup and as a mom it’s something that helps my confidence. I’ve tried the kosas foundation and also did not work. I have seen much about the ilia skin tint and I want to hear any experiences or other products anyone else has tried. I want something fitting for a mom with only a few minutes to spare! I am very acne prone, oily skin, and use clean beauty products.

First of all, congrats mama!

I have the same skin issues as you and I am totally in love with the IT Cosmetics CC+ Cream Full Coverage Color Correcting Foundation with SPF 50+ !

Re: New mom

new mom here too ! congratulations!

ive been using fenty skin tint moisturizer i love it ! before that i use la roche posay (i believe that how you spell). later i use milk brand primer. and i love it. i haven’t had an breakouts w. fenty skin tint moisturizer. i’m not sure if fenty tint is clean makeup thought unfortunately.

Re: New mom

Has your skin type changed due to hormones? Maybe that's part of the reason why the old standbys have been failing you.

Re: New mom

@leahASz! Congratulations!  When my skin is acting up, I like to use foundation that also has skincare in it.  NARS Light Reflecting Skin Improving Medium Coverage Foundation with Cacao Peptides is a good one.  The Chanel No. 1 foundation is another good one.

Re: New mom

@leahASz   Congrats on the new addiction to your family.   Tower 28 Beauty SunnyDays Lightweight Foundation  is really nice and hydrating while being easy to apply.  It leaves your skin slightly dewy without being shiny.
