Milia or something else?

Having PCOS feels like a curse honestly. Been dealing with multiple issues since puberty. Tried so many products which helped with acne and marks. However i don't understand what these spots and bumps are. Is that milia or something else? I have cut down a lot of carbs as well. Been fllowing keto mostly but not getting enough time to bake my own breads and it is too hard to find gluten free keto bread. I have a hunch that this might be gluten or dairy linked. Or makeup idk

Re: Milia or something else?

Not a dermatologist, but those look like non-inflammatory comedones to me. I get them, too. They're close to the surface so any salicylic acid spot treatment and/or medicated patch will probably do the trick, especially if left overnight. They can be annoying, but the good news is that they're pretty easy to treat (as long as you don't pick) and most people won't even notice them. Overall, your skin actually looks amazing! Hope this helps.
