Hormonal bacne solutions?

Hi! New to the group. I got off birth control like 7 months ago and I have insane bacne. Like around my rib cage on my back and shoulders. It’s so weird. A little itchy too. I went to the dermatologist and she just suggested like OTC acne body wash. Anybody have any product suggestions?
