Help acne prone oily

Spoiler

I really need to find a new skin care routine, tired of being 30 and having the skin of a teenager. Lol. My skin is very acne prone and oily. I also have endometriosis, so I get hormonal acne.

Been recommended the murad or

CAUDALIE.

Looking at both value sets which one would you suggest?

Trying not to break the bank. I am currently using proactive and it’s doing nothing also have tried the ordinary and inky list.

Re: Help acne prone oily

I would start with cerave (use renewal line-serum and retinol), cerave pm moisturizer (I use it night and day) and utilize the la roche posay tolerian purifying cleanser (I use it night and day). If you can get a retinol from a doctor instead, it’s stronger and cleared my acne, I’m using it now to slow down aging. Avoid caudalie as it has fragrances. If you have some room in your budget for medical grade products- I use Epionce, I have oily/combo skin as well. Been using the line for 4 years now.
