Help! Tiny itchy red bumps on face

 Sorry for the bad pic lol, but 2 days ago i woke up with these little red tiny itchy dots under my eyes… i put aquaphor on both sides since i thought it was just dry skin/ eczema (had sever eczema as a baby) but that did not work at all… i’ve had the same skin care for months now! PanOxyl acne facewash, Peach Slices toner and The Ordinary salicylic acid! Twice a day. Again, been using those products for a bit now. Now the tiny bumps are even more itchy especially right before bed and when i wake up. And they also burn. HELP!!!!

@cr250 are you using the Peach Slices acne toner or the Snail Mucin one? Twice a day for the salicylic acid without any breaks between days and no moisturizer might be compromising your skin barrier. I would stop the salicylic acid and the toner for now, try a gentle hydrating cleanser and stick to just moisturizer. Aloe (straight from the plant is better) might be soothing as well. If anything you put on your skin burns, you might have to compromised your skin barrier and need to give it time to reset, which might be a few weeks.

Thank you for the response, i’m using the Acne toner for peach slices. I had horrible hormonal acne few months ago and it finally cleared, but now i have these bumps 😞 Any recommendations for gentle cleanser? I think i have Cera Ve cleanser i can use along with the moisturizer.

or i have Pons moisturizer, what do you recommend?
