Go-To acne Spot treatment?

Hey guys, what are you're go-to ache spot treatments? I've been using the Sunday Riley Saturn Sulfur Spot Treatment Mask for about 3 months (recommended to me by a Sephora employee) and I haven't been seeing much improvement. I realize I'm not going to see a night and day difference but I would like to see at least a change in size or reduction in redness if possible.

Hi @Rayray231 ! My 2 favorite acne spot treatments are Paula's Choice Skin Perfecting BHA 9 Treatment 0.3 oz/ 9 mL and Paula's Choice 10% Azelaic Acid Booster 1 oz/ 30 mL . I also like The Ordinary Azelaic Acid 10% Suspension Brightening Cream 1 oz/ 30 mL but prefer the Paula's Choice product which contains 0.5% BHA and several skin soothing ingredients (licorice root, allantoin, bisabolol, boerhavia diffusa root). 

I tend to "area treat" instead of spot treat: if I have an acne spot forming on my jaw, I treat my whole jaw. In fact, I often use azelaic acid on my whole face (except my eyelids and undereyes).
