Glo Pro microneedling & Acne

Hi! I was just wondering, I read somewhere that microneedling should not be used if you are experiencing a breakout. I haven’t really experienced the Glo Pro I own making my acne worse, but has it made anyone else’s acne worse or helped to improve it? Is it safe for me to use it while experiencing a break out? Hi @hannahshrontz, I would suggest not using a microneedle over an active breakouts. Since you are placing very small punctures into the skin, you risk transferring bacteria to other areas and acne inflammation. Sterilizing the roller after each use is also key to preventing infections.
