Foundation Recommendations for Oily, Textured Skin

Hey beauties! I’m looking for recommendations for a full coverage foundation. I have acne scars and large pores and struggle with shine. I’m currently using Born This Way foundation but I’m not crazy about it.

You might want you try out Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer Standard Size - 1 oz/ 30 mL to help control the oil used with HOURGLASS - Illusion® Hyaluronic Skin Tint  (Hyaluronic Acid - helps to plump the skin and makes scars a bit less noticeable). Also this skin tint offers pretty good coverage - you may want to have blotting paper with you depending on how oily you get for touch-ups.  

You could also to try HOURGLASS - Immaculate® Liquid Powder Foundation Mattifying Oil Free but I find this is too heavy for scarring which makes them more noticeable upon application (you need to give it time to settle on your skin).

Also I recommend applying the foundation with a brush over a sponge.

Both Lancome and Estee Lauder are both good choices for full coverage.  But this week I brought out my Marc Jacobs Re-marcable foundation and I'm loving it all over again.  Definitely full coverage and a great finish.  You really just need a little of it, but it can be built up if needed.  Huda Beauty (if you can tolerate fragrance) is another uber full coverage with a great finish.

My skin gets really oily in the summer, and I've been using Estee Lauder Double Wear for a full coverage foundation, and LOVING it. It hasn't budged, especially when I use Hourglass powder to bake it. It covers everything beautifully (acne scars, large pores, current breakouts - all of which I struggle with).
