Forever Cursed With Tiny Forehead Bumps

Hey y’all! So I have tiny bumps on my forehead caused by...”caused by an excess of sebum – the waxy, oily substance that your sebaceous glands naturally produce. .. “ or so Google tells me. I’ve tried pimple patches, scrubs, cleansers and while the rest of my skin is relatively clear, my forehead stills looks like a cobblestone street. If any of you can suggest a product to try I would so appreciate it!

I haven’t tried it yet but, I have heard The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% and Zinc 1% helps with that and bumpy skin texture.

i have the same issue and it's so annoying! i've only been able to get the bumps to temporarily disappear a couple times after exfoliating like crazy.

Ugh, hate to hear that someone else has to deal with this annoyance! Not only can I not find a solution but makeup seems to make them even more noticeable. If I ever learn the secret I’ll be sure to let you know 🙂

Skin texture results from many different causes - not just sebum. If possible, you should take an appointment with a professional (dermatologist/esthetician) to have a solution tailored to your specific issue.

Generally speaking, I would recommend incorporating AHAs to your skin regimen. I currently have no particular product to suggest, as I don't know your skin type/sensitivity, budget, etc. I hope this still helps you though!
