What are some fast working acne treatments?

@hay15 Some great recommendations in here already with the Peace Out Dots. I'd just like to add these two products because they are my holy grail skin care products for any kind of break out. OLEHENRIKSEN Balancing Force™ Oil Control Toner 6.5 oz/ 193 mL this product is strong (but makes a huge difference) so try it out as a spot treatment first. I personally use it as both a spot treatment and a toner, love this stuff. Also the Kate Somerville Anti Bac Acne Clearing Lotion 1.7 oz has been my go-to moisturizer for oily/breakout days for years now. It's gentle yet effective, another really good product that has stood the test of time for me.

Both the Peace Out Salicylic Acid Acne Treatment Serum 1 oz/ 30 mL and the Peace Out Salicylic Acid Acne Healing Dots helped me get rid of my pimples faster than most other treatments. This paired with a cleanser that contained salicylic acid like the The INKEY List Salicylic Acid Acne + Blackhead Cleanser 5 oz/ 150 mL helped me combat my acne.

I like the The INKEY List Succinic Acid Acne Treatment 0.5 oz/ 15 mL.

I find it works better and faster than pimple patches. And it’s a cream so if you have a bigger area to target you don’t have to empty the box of patches all over your face.

@hay15  Depends on what kind of acne you have. 

Cystic acne (painful bumps deep beneath the skin surface that never come to a head): the fastest treatment is cortisone injection. See a dermatologist or your primary care doc for more info on that. 

Surface acne that's come to a head: a hydrocolloid patch can absorb the crud, flatten the bump, and protect the wound while it heals. These are products like Peace Out Acne Dots, COSRX Pimple Patch, Hero Mighty Patch, and others.

I like Peace Out Salicylic Acid Acne Healing Dots which I think heal acne pretty well for me.

However, I think prevention is even better, and my dermatologist was able to help me with that. If it's at all an option for you, I highly recommend getting prescriptions for acne!
