Exfoliator

Hi! 

So i’ve been trying to look for an exfoliator for my face, but, when I go to look at the reviews, every. single. one. of them have reviews about how it breaks them out blah blah blah. I see that this is a valid point but honestly I don’t know how to measure this. I have skin that becomes oily after a while and i’ve been having break outs recently. Any recommendations?? - keep in mind I am on a budget

I have sort of the same issue, and the main issue is I have a hormonal imbalance. I would say the best solution for those breakouts is The Ordinary Mini Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner 3.38 oz / 100 ml 

it’s a very gentle exfoliate but still I recommend only using it during pm and only 3 nights a week. 

using the The Ordinary Salicylic Acid 2% Masque 

also can help with break outs and reduce inflammation and the look of pores. 

consuming turmeric also helps with aiding in breakouts from within. Turmeric is very antibacterial and helps with reducing inflammation. 

Also i recommend checking if your moisturizer has pore clogging ingredients, if so, a gel moisturizer will work wonders.

I know you said in budget, but I recommend paula's choice skin perfecting 2% bha liquid exfoliant. It's 35 dollars though...
