@Bxterfly  Centella asiatica is an anti-inflammatory ingredient. Acne often causes inflammation. Centella can help reduce that acne-related inflammation.

@Bettixespinel  If you need a serum that’s primarily centella asiatica, my favorite is COSRX Pure Fit Cica Serum. It contains 7 forms of centella and helps calm my red inflammation.
