Re: Best skincare

@ilovefood13  Pimples are acne (technically, an acne symptom), even if you only get a couple once in a while. But there are other skin conditions that can mimic acne with pimple-looking bumps: rosacea and milia, for instance. If you’re sure they’re pimples and not something else, you could try a salicylic acid cleanser. Salicylic acid (a BHA, or beta hydroxy acid) is an exfoliant that gets down into pores to degunk ‘em. It helps clear out excess sebum and dead skin cells, so it’s a usual go-to for mild acne. A few cleanser options that come to mind:

Mild strength (0.5% salicylic acid), good for ongoing maintenance:

Higher strength (2% salicylic acid); try alternating your usual cleanser with one of these a couple times a week:

Or, you could try using a leave-on BHA exfoliant a few times a week. Apply it after washing your face, then apply moisturizer. Many people love Paula's Choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Exfoliating Toner for Clear Skin, but also consider Paula's Choice CLEAR Anti-Redness Exfoliating Solution with 2% Salicylic Acid 4 oz/ 118 mL or The INKEY List Beta Hydroxy Acid (BHA) Blemish + Blackhead Serum 1 oz/ 30 mL. You’ll find plenty of other options on the market.
