Am I using too much micellar water?

I've only had this 100mL bottle a week and a half, and I'm half way through.

Re: Am I using too much micellar water?

100mL isn't that big of a bottle! Thats travel size! My miceller water right now is the Garnier one. I get the the 700mL bottles from Costco for around 11 or $12CAD. 100mLs a week or biweekly is probably normal.. Esp. if you're using it twice a day.

That's way way too much and definitely not cost efficient. If you are using that much you should probably use a different cleansing method such as an oil balm/cleanser and then a gel cleanser as a double cleanse method. Micellar water alone when you wear makeup doesn't really suffice as a cleanser. @Anonymous

@Anonymous

Are you using the water as your cleanser? Removing makeup? How many times a day are you using the water?

If you're using it to remove longerwear/waterproof all over makeup (instead of say eyes) you'll be better off with an oil or balm.

Shouldn't be using 100 cotton balls per usage

I'm using it as as a cleanser and I'm filling a cotton pad, making sure it actually feels wet. Twice a day

It's not a good replacement for a cleanser. Doesn't clear the skin the same nor have the same properties. The waters I've used, have left residue/barrier that didn't feel clean. Sounds like, even though it's the trial size, you are going through it too quickly.
