Acne scars on face and back!

Hi all!

I have such fair skin that I almost always have red marks left behind after a pimple. I have some on my face (because I have a bad habit of popping things that shouldn't be popped...), but also on my back (from a random breakout I had months ago that has FINALLY cleared up). Now, my face is very sensitive and almost always flakes when a product is too strong, but I know I can handle something stronger on my back.

 

I was wondering if anyone could help me find the right products to take care of this problem. I'd greatly appreciate it!
