A dupe of the Clairsonic Mia? LOL
Just stumbled on this gem on the Sasa website. It bears a striking resemblance to something else we're familiar with.....   I guess the plus is that it comes with batteries! ;D

Fair dry, red skin and crepey eyelids. At almost 32.
What can I do? The eyelids are especially bothersome because I feel like I can't wear eyeshadow as much as I'd like. Beh.

Infrared Saunas
My Dr's office has infrared saunas and I was wondering if anyone here has used them.  What does it feel like?  How long did you use one and did you see any benefits?   For those will ask, infrared saunas are supposed to: - remove toxins through increased circulation and sweating - burns as many calories as 30 minutes of jogging - clears cellulite - reduces stress and fatigue - improves acne and appearance of wrinkles

Q. Murad Pore & Line Hydrator or Clinique Custom Serum?
My skin is very oily/combo and has large pores. I also have redness and hyper pigmentation all over my face. I've tried samples of both Murad's and Clinque's products, and none of them have stung my face. However, both are pretty expensive ($50~~~) and I don't want to buy both because a) too much money and b) I don't want to overwhelm my skin with a slew of skincare products.    I know Clinique can target anything that's wrong with your skin, while Murad's hydrator can only do so much. Has anyone tried both these products enough to recommend one over the other?

tria v. me smooth
Hi, I am trying to decide between the Tria and the Me Smooth. The most important thing for me is to use it on my face, but I would also like to use whatever I get on my legs. So even if the Me is quicker and easier for legs, if it doesn't work well for the face due to being larger I don't think it would be right for me. Has anyone used the Me for the face? Thanks for your input.

RAVE! KATE SOMERVILLE Age Arrest Hydrating Firming Mask
So, I've been having really dry and flaky skin on my nose lately. No matter how much I was exfoliating and moisturizing, it seemed to stay all scale-y and flaky. I received a nice size lab sample of this product and decided to finally give it a shot last night. I used it like a mask, I kept it on for 10 minutes and wiped it off with a tissue, and then did my normal nightly routine with moisturizer and eye cream. Today, I have a flake-free nose! Also, I noticed my skin looked more even, feels super smooth and it didn't require as much of my moisturizer. This is just great for any of you who have dry/flaky skin! Anyways, I'm impressed with it, wanted to rave about it and its awesomeness! I didn't feel all self conscious anymore today because of this little gem.   http://www.sephora.com/age-arrest-hydrating-firmin g-mask-P386380?icid2=Kate_Somerville_editorspicks_ ...

L'Occitane Ultra Soft Cream (Zesty Lime)
I am a HUGE fan of citrus and fruity scents. I don't care for the addition of florals or musks to anchor them in my lotion. I recently received the zesty lime Ultra Soft Cream and I'm in LOVE! Sniffing it in the container doesn't do it justice. The scent is much more obvious after application. Anyone else tried this one? I hope they keep it around for a long time.

calamine lotion for acne and redness
Just wanted to let everyone know that I have been using calamine lotion on my face after I cleanse and tone nightly for about 4 months now. My skin's redness has greatly decreased and it acts like a spot treatment as well. My face is softer, smaller pores, smoother. I got the idea because I had tried Kate Somerville's Eradikate and thought it was too pricey and calamine lotion looks the same lol.   Check it out It's about $9 for a bottle that will last you months. I bought mine in December and still have it. I use about a tsp daily so it will last forever.

Opinions on Peter Thomas Roth Neuroliquid Volufill and Dr. Brandt crease release?
What is the difference between Peter Thomas Roth Neuroliquid Volufill and Dr. Brandt crease release? Is one better than another? Are they both serums that you'd use a moisturizer over?   I am interested in something that will help with the forehead wrinkles.  Thanks!

Product similar to amore pacific moisture bound rejuvenating serum?
A while back I received a sample of the amore pacific moisture bound rejuvenating serum. It worked incredible on my skin, I loved it. But, after doing some research I saw that a full size bottle is $100. I'm not looking to spend that much and I was wondering if anyone had found any other similar serums for a more reasonable price.   Thanks

Has anyone tried TimeBalm Coconut Milk Cleansing Face Cream from TheBalm?
I received a sample of this with my recent order from their sale.  It looks interesting.  Has anyone tried it?  From the directions on my sample it sounded like it would be a good makeup remover before using my regular cleanser.  Just looking to see if anyone has any feedback because even across the internet I couldn't find much.   Thanks!

Origins Brighter By Nature Moisturizer
I have noticed that Origins has discontinued their Brighter by Nature SPF 35 face moisturizer. Is there another Origins product set to take its place at Sephora? I'm currently using the Perfect World with SPF but don't like it quite as much. Thanks!

SOS 2014- GURL PLEASE, MY FACE IS FABULOUS (Week 3)
HELLO BT!  IT'S TIME FOR WEEK THREE!   Routine : day : -FAB Daily Cleanser -FAB Facial Radiance Pads (may switch when they run out) -FAB Ultra Repair Cream   night : -Current makeup remover; The Face Shop; Rice Water Bright Eye and Lip Makeup Remover -FAB Daily Cleanser (starting to run out D -FAB Facial Radiance Pads (may switch when they run out) -FAB Ultra Repair Cream -Ole Henriksen Ultimate Eye Lift Gel -BITE Agave Lip Mask   weekly (I'm on low supply): -Boscia Luminizing Black Mask (running out of this) -My Beauty Diary Aloe Mask (Last one!)   This Week's Skindition: EVERYTHINGS GOOD! So, because I love y'all, I feel like sharing my life story on BT in this journal today.  Skip this paragraph if you're completely uninterested in my stupid little affairs.  Today, I finally got to witness someone within my group of friends getting asked to winter formal.  Or at least, that's what I thought.  I was walking with one friend and we saw a poster and a crowd of people so I figured that someone was going to get asked.  Since this was my first time actually being witness to a proposal, I whipped out my phone and joined the crowd.  After a minute or two, I started asking them who was getting asked and a couple of them looked at me like I was mentally impaired, so I asked again.  My homie yelled at me "YOU, YOU FOOL!", and I stood there for another minute or two just going "huh?".  All in all, it took me about 5 minutes to figure out I was getting asked to winter formal.  I'm a fool.     Okay, back to the skincare stuff.  So the nightmare pimple I had last week just went MIA, which is something I'm sure its pimple friends would cry over, but I was having a little party when I realized the little devil was gone.  My skin is disgustingly oily these days though  If I run my fingers down my face, my fingers get all shiny.  I definitely need to switch to using the Ultra Repair Cream at night, and use a lighter moisturizer during the day.  The sunny side (because there must always be a sunny side of everything) of ultra oily face is that I now have a portable tempura frier.  Oiliness aside, my face is pretty clear, with the exception of a small bump that I caught while taking today's pictures Barely noticeable at this stage, and still easy to get rid of, but if I didn't catch it today, it'd probably grow into something I wished I killed before it hatched by tomorrow.  TY SOS journals.  I've been taking a break from makeup this week, although I'm still so addicted that I HAVE to use it on someone, even if it's not me, so my friends have been feeling my wrath this week.     Keeping Up with Skincare Goals:         So far, I've done a pretty good job with sticking to one routine and putting on SPF.  Unfortunately, I'm starting to run low on my FAB pads and cleanser, plus its 2x skincare points so I'm VERY tempted to cheat on my current skincare products.  The new Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer I purchased has SPF in it, so I'm covered everyday ^_^          Sadly, I've been neglecting my facials, cutting down on the oily foods (I blame the holidays), going to the sauna (I ran out of tickets!), and I can't stop rubbing my eyes (boring lectures make me sleepy D .        I'm also going to start exercising (or attempt to) since I've gotta lose some weight to fit into any dress -_-   Product Review: There's not much new stuff this week aside from the Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer.  I wouldn't really count that as skin care though.  I don't feel like it's moisturizing enough on its own, so I do wear it on top of the Ultra Repair Cream. To be honest, I feel like this tinted moisturizer really wasn't worth the price.  It offers no coverage and little moisture.  The only thing I use it for is the SPF.     Stuff I'm Getting (over time): Dear FAB, I apologize for being an adulterous being towards you, but I have a free spirit and a loving heart with lots of love to give, thus I must spread my wings and try other stuff from other brands too!  You know there's always a place for you in my heart of hearts <3  I've had dandruff woes this month, and I'm out of my shampoo and conditioner, so I figured it was about time to try a different kind.  I've put in a moisturizing mask, a blemish control mask, refill on the FAB pads (they grew on me :/), a toner (still not quite sure if I need it), a new makeup remover for when I'm on the go, a new facial cleanser, and all the hair crud.  Shoot...  That's a lot of money  I guess I can do without the sponge, the hydrating mask, scalp treatment, and toner...  or can I?  Enable me please. Making Use of Rouge: I figure that I might as well break up my order into several orders so I can get more samples.  So far, I feel like this is the only advantage Rouge has given me, but I'm feeling guilty just thinking about it...  Do any of you do this?
