Return Shipping Label

I was charged twice . According to the Sephora support team I was the one who placed the order twice and all they've been doing is putting the blame on me.

Isn't shopping online suppose to be stress and hassel free? I like to avoid the stores in my area as the line is often crazy busy when I can make it out.

Has anybody use the return shipping label? Do you get a full refund back? Or do they deduct the amount used for the shipping label? Thank you! 🙂

@jessicabb I use those shipping labels all the time, they don't deduct any thing for using it.
