@Alicenine my eyes can get oily. Right now I use CLINIQUE Quickliner™ For Eyes Intense Eyeliner . I use SEPHORA COLLECTION 12 Hour Contour Pencil Eyeliner on my waterline and used to use it on my lash line. Revlon Color Stay in the pencil is also good at not budging. Good luck and let us know how it goes.
