Best water based face primer for oily skin?

I'm oily and with the weather changing. Looking for a good face primer. Heading to Vegas in a couple weeks.HELP!

I heard the Tatcha liquid and Milk Hydro grip are really good for oily skin. 
I’m looking for a new one (currently using smashbox) and going to Vegas in a couple weeks too!!
