I love seeing other peoples empties! So I decided to make a board where people could post pictures of their empties, or just tell us about them! I'd also be interested in knowing whether you're repurchasing anything or not.

Lol, the foils are easier than they look!  I just do a few days of using a sample from every category- wash, face cream, body lotion, shampoo etc... they add up really fast.  @ohheyitscindyk  It helps that they're right by my sink in the washroom so I don't forget to use them:)

July/August Empties:

Please feel free to ask any questions, I'm too tired to go into full reviews but maybe some stand outs. 

Loved, will or already have repurchased.

I'm still trying to figure out how much of the Alpha Skincare Body Lotion to use without it feeling heavy but it's a good body exfoliant. Second tube of the L'Oreal Brow Plumber, it's perfect for my dark eyebrows with my highlighted blonde hair. I really want to try the Boy Brow and see what the big fuss is about first.

Meeehh... izzzz alright, iz alright.I always have a lot of mehs for some reason. I just don't have strong feelings for any of these items. The Nars foundation, Drunk Elephant Eye Cream, L'Oreal Micellar water are good products, nothing amazing for me. I won't run out to buy them but they ended up in my collection somehow again, I would use them.  The Shikai Eye Cream sadly went bad, so I used it on my legs... I think I probably should buy it again to give it a fair chance but I'm going through a phase where I don't think eye creams are necessary. 

Not for me, pass.

I actually I used up a bronzer. This was Sunny Bunny from the Too Faced Bonjour Soleil palette... from 2014! I cannot believe it's been 3 years. It's a bit orangey on my complexion so that's why it is a pass. 

All of the things, looks like it was a good amount for the past two months! 

All of the makeup... being on a no buy and shopping my collection is really making me work through some items. I do have a teeeny bit of the NARS foundation in a smaller bottle. I really realize how fortunate I am to have a decent sized collection but I'm definitely falling in a rut with my makeup! I've even stopped wearing lipstick, I'm just bored with everything I have... I like using the items up but I want some new items. I'm tempted to break my no buy but I must resist. 😄

Ha, I have chocolate radar!!!   All I'm looking at is that yummy looking chocolate tart with what looks like a rum ball inside.  Annnnd this is why I'm not losing the baby weight.  @dziggi

Josie Maran Daily Moisturizer SPF 47- This is good for the summer but I need more moisture for winter I think.
Nars All Day Luminous Powder Foundation Siberia- This has light coverage, Which is what I like and didn't make my skin look dry.

Too Cool For School- I need to use this more but so far so good. This past week the area around my mouth was especially dry and it was taken care of overnight with this.
Marc Jacobs Oh, Lola!- My one gripe with this is the staying power.
Cake Heavy Cream- I've come to realize that I really prefer this as a foot cream.

Too Faced BTS Waterproof- After a few hours it starts to flake. It looks super pretty but I need something to last at least 12 hours.

Hmmm, maybe dont use it all up before you get the chance to use them together.  I like the combined effect.  

There are much better scrubs out there.  If you're looking for something super awesome (like a full body peel) try the Dermadoctor KP duty body Scrub!  You're only supposed to use it once a week but it is my all time favorite!  It's a combo chemical and physical exfoliator!  You dry scrub it on and rinse it off right away @suzyo.

It's on my Holy Expletive this Expletive is amazing list!

Bioderma micellar water- a staple in my cleansing routine

Biologique Recherche elestane marine- has significantly reduced my fine lines.

Tom Ford lip balms in L'Oddissea and Fathom-super moisturizing with a hint of colour. As you can see I loved them so much that I scraped out everything😅

Hourglass Ambient lighting powder travel size in Mood light- I wanted to try out a differrent colour as my usual standby is Diffused light

The Chemistry hand cream- moisturizes and is fast absorbing without being greasy.

Likes:

Amore Pacific cream cleanser- a good cleanser that left my skin clean without being overly dry

Caudalie Reservatrol cream- a light day time moisturizer that is fast absorbing

Avene eye cream-  a light weight moisturizer but I didn't see any improvements with wrinkle reduction

Not for me:

Dr Brandt microdermabrasion- it felt too rough on my skin and left it dry and itchy

Nude brightening fizzy powder- very granular and left my skin super dry. I guess physical exfoliants are not for me😂

August empties!! Top: Loves: Dior is my hg mascara. The covergirl lashblast luxe has a pretty shimmer to it for nights out, and I like the full silicone bristle brush. Mary Kay eye makeup remover did a good job removing stubborn waterproof makeup. Laguna is good for contouring and doesn't pull muddy or orange on my fair skin. Mom Guerlain was a lovely but not overpowering sensual floral but not overpowering for work. The hask Greek yogurt hair mask smelled amazing and left my hair so soft. The agave oil also left my hair feeling very soft. The sally Hansen quick dry top coat does make nails dry very fast, but I wish itprevented chips better. Still would rebuy. The Sephora nail polish was a pretty coral red that got a ton of compliments but isn't made anymore since it was from the opi collection. And the purple nail polish was some no name brand but it was nice for fall. Bottom: wouldn't rebuy: tonymoly aloe mask didn't do much to moisturize my skin. I liked the gel texture of the leaders balance mask but it didn't help my acne or oily skin or redness. Hoola was too oily for my oily skin and emphasizes pores while separating. Klorane pomegranate conditioner smelled good but did not extend the life of my highlights. Neither did the L'Oréal creme conditioner, although it left hair very soft. Duwop lash venom didn't impress me. Sunday Riley didn't seem to do anything for my skin either. The clarifying wipes from formula 10 were dry and didn't remove makeup great nor did they clarify my acne. Dphue color gloss did not impart color or gloss, even when using overnight.

Lots of empties this month. I'm so proud of myself:)

The bad: Claudalie and Fresh lip balm. Cladalie should change the package for that one. The product is not bad but the spray is horrible. Same thing with Fresh. I don't want the lip balm to stuck under my nails and the smear it over my lips. Nope!

The Ugly: I hate that Tom Ford primer with passion lol. Tatcha mask and Fresh mask are just messy. 

The Good: everything else is either love or like. Need to mention: I finished the Fresh soft cream and fill it up with 2 card samples I got and then finished it again. 😉

Not in the picture: I finished around 25-30 shampoo-conditioner foiled sets. Yoo-hoo!

Sorry @BeautybyJules I didn’t see your post until now. I like that GlamGlow brightening mask but I think their best product is super mud mask (the white bottle). I just finished a giant tube (will post pictures of my empty soon). Tatcha is hits and misses for me. I like the water cream but dislike the mask (the purple bottle). I’m doing good with skincares but not soo good in makeup department 😂 I hoard so much that I doubt I would finish anything
