Eyeliner first?

Do you put eyeliner on first and then curl your lashes or the other way around?

@CorgiMommy I’m like you. Liner, then lashes. I do more of my routine between the liner and the lashes.

@CorgiMommy I curl my lashes before I put on makeup. Then put liner and then mascara. That’s what works for me. There isn’t a rule just what works for you.
