unable to redeem birthday gift

I placed an order but totally forgot to use a promo code 🤦‍♀️ so I canceled it a few moments later. In that order was my birthday gift and an insider point item. When I went to reorder my insider points weren’t refunded and I can’t redeem my birthday gift. Is there anyway I can get these back?
