missing package

I ordered almost $500 worth of products from Sephora. The package was sent through FEDEX. When it got delivered I received an email and the tracking number showed the package being delivered in a random room somewhere. My building does not have any mail rooms so this was odd. I contacted FEDEX who told me to contact Sephora. Sephora is now telling me there is nothing they can do about the missing package!!! The package was never even delivered to the address provided and now they are telling me i’m out of $500 worth of products. Is there anything else I can do!?
