cvv code not saving

my friend just got me a 100$ mastercard and i tried to buy some products with it, but everytime i enter the information everything saves except the cvv code, ive tried everything, how do i fix this

Hi @theokren Oh no! It looks like the financial institution is not allowing the charge to go through. I recommend contacting the number on the back of the card for more information or using an alternate form of payment to place your order. Thank you and I'm sorry for the trouble!
