Unable to use AMEX Giftcard

Hello,

I am trying to place an order using my AMEX giftcard and keep getting the following error. There is no place on the AMEX website to update the billing address.

"Unable to place your order. Please verify that your card information and billing address are correct. If applicable, we have reversed any pending charges to your account."

Please let me know how I can place my order.

Hi @Kenziemaj I recommend contacting the number on the back of your card to register a temporary billing address. If you're still unable to place your order, I recommend using an alternate form of payment if you have one available. Thank you!
