UPS Lost my Package

Hi,

After days of UPS changing their delivery date, I called the customer support line. The representative told me that it appears they lost my package. They are asking me to have the shipper (Sephora) file a claim for the lost package. The Rep stated they would look for the package as well. I'm pretty pissed, given that I bought the stuff with Afterpay, and it would suck that I have to pay back on merchandise I never even got. HELP!
