The ordinary multi peptide hair serum

Has there been a change in the ordinarys hair serum? I ordered a new one and it’s clear like water but the past ones I had were a light clear yellow, the replacement I received was also clear so I was wondering if there was a change in the formula? Also the flap inside of the boxes that holds the bottles are ripped on both the one I ordered and the replacement I received.
