Text promo codes not working

This seems a common problem not sure why Sephora cant fix.  I spent FOREVER on a chat with someone that supposedly was going to complete my sale on their end, but it did not complete.  I don't know why you can't just send people a working code for the 10% when they report the problem. PLEASE HELP.

I’m having the same issue, if the code worked I’m going to buy what’s in my cart so hopefully someone can help fix it.
