Subscription for same day delivery

Hello,
 
I hope this email finds you well. 
 
I submitted my information for same-day delivery service 30 days ago, but I only needed it for one day. Unfortunately, I forgot to remove my information, and today, $67 CAD was withdrawn from my account. As a student, this is out of my budget, and I really need the money.
