Someone stole my items..

Babes I found my package at my garage wet and ripped apart, and all my items missing..

I was panicking and didn't know what to do and my friend told me to ask you guys for help what to do, anyone have this happen? I ordered online so I am not sure if the sephora store will help me, anyone?! PLEASEEEE
