Sold expired foundation

Purchased online lancome care & glow foundation with a gift card the color was too light went in store and exchanged and purchased another lancome teint idole in the same shade turns out I didn't like the teint idole so I took that one back and exchanged for other things but that left me with the care and glow which I realized was expired tried to exchange for one that wasn't expired and they keep saying they can't find the transaction
