Sephora Credit Card

I am trying to make a purchase with my Sephora card, but keep getting an error message stating the information is incorrect and to please make sure everything matches. 

Unable to place your order. Please verify that your card information and billing address are correct.

If applicable, we have reversed any pending charges to your account.
