Sephora Credit Card rewards not showing up on the Sephora app.

I made a purchase a few weeks ago after opening a sephora credit card and on the sephora app it shows I have $0 in rewards but on the statement it shows I have $16.21 in rewards. How can I fix that?

@Luckwest I'm sorry for the confusion! At the end of the billing cycle all Reward Dollars will be added up and converted into one Sephora Credit Card Reward. For additional information, please Comenity Bank directly so they can provide more details about when you can expect to see the available rewards. Please call:
