Sephora Credit Card - OR LACK THERE OF!

I was approved for a Sephora credit card.  I've received my bill from when I ordered on-line from the site over a month ago.  I have yet to receive my actual card.  I've called the number on the bill to talk with Comenity Bank.  I was "assured" that a new card was being sent out that day (in case the first one was lost - deactivated the first card, he said).  I have not received the 2nd card either.  I've never had an issue receiving a "credit card" in my life.  Usually, stores will send them out like candy on Halloween to get you to spend your money at their store.  Almost enough to make me get my product elsewhere.  SO FRUSTRATING!

I'm so sorry that you haven't received your card yet! These are sent out directly by the bank and should typically arrive within 10 days. Please contact Comenity once more to let them know you still haven't received the card so they can further assist you. Please call:
