Samples missing again

Again my delivery came without the samples and the special offers for a minimal amount of money spent. So i don't get how that works If I spend that amount without my special offer. And I really want it.

Me too. I miss the beauty award items which I spent my points for it. I missed 3 award items and 2 free samples. How can it happened!!?? So disappointed when I opened the box.
