Hello! I recently signed up for a free trial of the same day unlimited service and forgot to cancel before it ended. This morning, I noticed a charge of $66 on my account. I haven't used the subscription and as a student, it's out of my budget. Could you please assist me in processing a refund? Thank you for your understanding.

Sorry, you must cancel the subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged. I'll look into this further and I'll send you a message.
