Refusal to refund of my missing item!!

I contacted sephora live chat regarding the fact that one of the items (Hourglass Vanish™ Airbrush Concealer-Birch 1) is missing from my order. I asked if perhaps it is being shipped separately and I was informed no. I am extremely concerned as I am being refused to be presented with any solution regarding my missing item. Any guidance would be truly appreciated.
