Received package addressed to my house with previous tenant’s name

My boyfriend and I bought our house in November. Since then, we’ve received multiple packages with our correct address addressed to a previous tenant’s name (our house was a rental property before we bought it). Last month, we received a Sephora package under the same circumstances. When this happened before, we reached out to them on social media. They responded and told us to keep the other packages. We tried to do this again multiple times since receiving this Sephora package and they have yet to say anything back. Now we aren’t sure what to do. Please help!
