Please get Sephora points back?

Hi there. I didn't realize Sephora points expired. I had been saving them for a big item. I happened to be in a store today and saw something I wanted to use points for (in addition to my purchase) and I was shocked when I was told I had 0 points. Is there any possibility of getting some of them back?

Hi @JenCam5,

I'm sorry, points will only expire if your account is active for 12 months or longer. To keep the account active, you would need to make a purchase, or redeem a reward, the birthday gift, or a gift card within that time frame. I'll look into this further and I'll send you a message.

The same thing happened to me. I had no idea points could expire. I didn’t receive any notification that they were expiring or had expired. Is there any way to reinstate them? I have been saving them, and its disappointing that they would just disappear.

I am seeing that my points expired as well and my heart is broken. Is there any way I can get them back? I was never told they would expire within one year.
