Package is still not delivered

I ordered on April 21st and still have not recieved my package. I have reached out to USPS and filed a claim and nothing has been done. I either want my package or a refund for my items as well as the points that I used. I am not sure what to do as USPS has been no help and the postponed estimated delivery date was 5 days ago.
