Orders

I wanted to make an order with 3 products. Before I make, I was wondering how the return policy works. If there is one item that doesn’t work for me, can I just return that item, or do I have to return everything? Also do I have to return samples and things bought with points?

Thank you for reaching out! Generally we can accept gently used items for return with proof of purchase. If we receive your return within 30 days you will receive a refund, and if we receive it within 31-60 days you will receive a store credit.
