Order canceled with 250 birthday points

Hello, I was placing an order for the second time today and in my cart I cliked on redeem my rewards and redeemed 250 birthday points. I cancelled my order like 5 mins later but I'm afraid the 250 points does not apply.. Can you give it to me or maybe it will be applied later I don't really know.
