Not delivered package!!

Hello all 

I ordered a package from Sephora around 10 items to be delivered to my mother’s address 

so I chose same day delivery option as her plane was next day 

i tracked the order it was delivered but when I reached her to make sure she received it

She said no package was delivered to her … 

what should i do !!

i sent email to Sephora customer support but no reply yet..

that is my second Sephora order and i am abroad now and my mom also ..

i am so disappointed i spent 350$ on that order !!
