Missing points from fragrance 4x event

I purchased a commodity perfume on may 11 during the 4x the points fragrance event and I didn’t receive 4x the points for this purchase although it shows up in my history. Who can I contact about this?

@JuliaScarcello If memory serves sometimes bonus points will take a little while to show on your account.  If I were you, I'd wait a week or so then if not adjusted try the live chat feature to see if they could help.
