I have VIB status, but I continue to get no emails from Sephora.
I have checked my spam and confirmed my info with Sephora, but I am still not receiving any emails from Sephora other than my order confirmations.
I have called Sephora on this issue and confirmed my info has not changed. I was told everything looks good and there should be no problems. I emailed this concern to Sephora a few days ago because it continues. To date, there has been no response other than an automated email telling me I would hear from someone within 48 hrs.
Why am I falling through the cracks? From other postings, it looks like I'm not the only one either.
